We brought bags of supplies and provided their FIRST TEXTBOOKS! The kids were so excited to have books, you would have thought they were receiving Playstations!
Check out this song the kids sang... It took a minute before I realized what they were saying!!
After spending time in the classroom, we had some play time outside. They loved the frisbees and balls!
They REALLY got a kick out of Doug's beard! I wish I took a video so you could see them reaching out to touch it, then jumping back screaming with delight!
When the kids left, we put up some decorations in the classroom.
The kids were peeking in!
